3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided are estimates and subject to change based on actual requirements, market conditions, and other factors. Final pricing will be confirmed upon order acceptance. Prices are valid for the period specified in the quotation.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Generally:

• Payment may be required in advance or upon delivery, as specified in the service agreement
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• All prices are in the currency specified in the quotation

5. Delivery and Performance

We strive to deliver services within agreed timeframes, however:

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control
• Customer must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact information
• Additional charges may apply for special delivery requirements

6. Liability and Insurance

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Customers are advised to maintain their own insurance coverage for valuable goods.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Ensuring goods are properly packaged and labeled
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Obtaining necessary permits and documentation
• Being available to receive deliveries at agreed times

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service type. Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing and circumstances of cancellation.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or other force majeure events.

10. Intellectual Property
